Petitioner-appellant Chadbourne & Parke, L. L. P., represented the proponents of a 1988 will and codicil executed by decedent, which named the German Catholic Church as principal beneficiary. The will was challenged by Robert Warshaw and Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., the executors of a prior will executed in 1972.
