HUDSON, Justice.

The appellant, Robert Demond Lavern, was charged by indictment with aggravated assault on a public servant. He was convicted by a jury and sentenced to confinement in the state penitentiary for a term of twenty-four years. Appellant contends: (1) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the verdict; (2) the trial court erred in failing to instruct the jury on the law of self-defense...
