MAES, Justice.

{1} This will contest is before us on certiorari from the Court of Appeals to determine whether husband and wife created a contractual will in favor of decedent husband's children and detracting from the interest of the surviving spouse. Although the Court of Appeals found that there was not a contract to make a will, it nonetheless concluded that there were ambiguities in the will which would not only permit discovery as to the parties...
