PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff, Covenant Home, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying a petition and motion for contempt by which it sought to have the defendant, the town of Cromwell, adjudged in contempt for its disregard of a prior judgment. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
