Peoples' State Bank of Wells, (the "Bank") appeals the bankruptcy court order allowing Quentin B. Stenzel (the "Debtor") to claim his mother's, Elsie M. Stenzel, (the "Mother") house and the acreage on which the house is situated (collectively the "Property") as his homestead.
