Appellant, Edwin W. Maughan ("Debtor" or "Maughan"), appeals the judgment of the bankruptcy court holding that the debt owed by him to the appellee, John P. Nardei ("Nardei"), is nondischargeable. Maughan contends that the bankruptcy court erred in granting Nardei an extension of time in which to file a nondischargeability complaint.
