¶ 1. PER CURIAM.

Dr. Arlene M. Cooper and Dr. Calvin Stoudt (Drs. Cooper and Stoudt), faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, seek review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals,1 affirming in part an order of the Circuit Court for Dane County, Paul B. Higginbotham, Judge. The court of appeals held that Drs. Cooper and Stoudt were not entitled to dismissal of a suit brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983
