Gilberto Jose Bueno, Jr. was found guilty by a jury in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (Munson, J.) of distributing and possessing with intent to distribute heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and was sentenced principally to 60 months in prison.
