SHULER, Judge:

Peter G. Oliver filed this contempt action against his exwife, Peggy H. Eaddy, alleging she violated the terms of a family court visitation order. The family court found no evidence of a willful violation and declined to hold Eaddy in contempt. Oliver appeals. We reverse and remand.
