INTRODUCTION

Appellant Pick-N-Pull Auto Dismantlers, A California Partnership (Pick-N-Pull), appeals the trial court's order denying its motion for summary judgment and granting Appellee Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Fort Worth's (the Board) motion for summary judgment.1 We will affirm.
