Oscar Buckley appeals his conviction for murder. A jury found him guilty and assessed punishment at thirty years' confinement. Buckley was accused of killing the two-year-old son of his former girlfriend. He contends the trial court erred (1) in failing to grant his Motion for Mistrial after a witness testified concerning a polygraph test he took; (2) in admitting a videotaped statement he gave to police; and (3) in failing...
