Appellant Guadalupe DeLeon appeals his conviction for indecency with a child by contact. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 21.11(a)(1) (West Supp.2001).2 The jury found appellant guilty and assessed his punishment at twenty years' imprisonment and a $10,000 fine.
