In this legal malpractice case, plaintiff, W.D. Tripp, appeals the summary judgment entered against him on his remaining claims against defendant, Kent A. Borchard. Plaintiff contends the trial judge erred in declining to disqualify himself from the case. We agree. Therefore, we reverse the judgment and remand the cause for further proceedings.
