OPINION

PER CURIAM.

The district court dismissed an action brought by appellant, Steven R. Kaldi, against the respondents in this case, Farmers Insurance Exchange, Truck Insurance Exchange, Fire Insurance Exchange, Mid-century Insurance Company and Farmers New World Life Insurance Company (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Farmers"). The action concerned Farmers' termination of an exclusive agency agreement with Kaldi.1
