In this action plaintiff Fitzgerald sues for sex discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. At the trial before a jury, Fitzgerald asserted two claims of sex harassment against defendant Ford Marrin—(1) the creation of a hostile work environment, and (2) constructive discharge.
