In this C.R.C.P. 57 proceeding, plaintiff, Ronald A. Vashone-Caruso, appeals the trial court's declaratory judgment adopting the parole eligibility date calculations rendered by the time computation officer employed by defendant, John Suthers, the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Corrections (DOC).
