A jury convicted Rusty Lyn Brantley of aggravated sexual assault and assessed punishment of 60 years' imprisonment. On appeal, Brantley claims: (1) the trial court's limiting instruction in the jury charge on the alleged extraneous offenses was erroneous; (2) the trial court erred in failing to strike "for cause" jurors who stated they could not consider probation as punishment; (3) the trial court erred in not granting his motion...
