Defendant Robert R. Gunn was convicted by a jury of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. After conviction, he was sentenced to 54 months on the charge of manufacturing methamphetamine and 11 months on each of the other two charges. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently. This is a direct appeal from defendant's convictions. On appeal, defendant challenges the sufficiency of evidence...
