Before the court is the defendants' motion to dismiss (document no. 7) three counts of the plaintiff's complaint, including a claim that the defendants engaged in unlawful employment practices in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. ("ADA" or "Act"), a breach of contract claim, and a claim for wrongful termination.1
