Per Curiam.

Respondent John V. Whitbeck was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York as John Van Husan Whitbeck by the First Judicial Department on February 11, 1974. Respondent maintained an office for the practice of law in Paris, France, between 1980 and July 1996, and currently resides and maintains an office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
