WILSON, Justice.

The trial court found appellant, Juan Carlos Corea, guilty of possession with intent to deliver of four grams or more, but less than 200 grams, of cocaine. See TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 481.112 (Vernon Supp. 2000). The trial court assessed punishment at 10-years imprisonment and a $1,000 fine.
