Plaintiffs Sprint Spectrum, L.P. (Sprint), and Wirelessco, L.P. (Wirelessco), initiated this action for declaratory and injunctive relief challenging the validity of a City of Eugene (city) ordinance regulating the provision of telecommunications services.
