¶ 1 This court retained the instant appeal to settle the first impression question whether a fetus is a "child" for purposes of the Oklahoma Children's Code, codified at 10 O.S.Supp.2000, § 7001 et seq. We are asked to determine whether the trial court committed reversible error by concluding the Oklahoma Children's Code provided an avenue for it to take temporary emergency custody of appellant...
