Heritage Mutual Insurance Company appeals a summary judgment requiring it to provide liability cover age pursuant to WIS. STAT. § 632.32(6)(a),1 for an officer of Wilber's Truck World2 who was involved in an automobile accident. Heritage argues that the policy is not subject to § 632.32(6)(a) because it is a general liability policy, not an automobile liability policy. We disagree...
