GARDNER, Justice.

I. Introduction

Appellant Preston Tippitt was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. In one point on appeal, he contends the evidence was legally insufficient to support his conviction as a party to the offense of capital murder. We affirm the judgment in part, as modified, and reverse and remand in part for a new punishment hearing.
