A jury convicted Charles Edward Price of the offense of driving while intoxicated, and the trial court assessed a punishment of 120 days' confinement in the Denton County Jail and a $400 fine. Appellant challenges the conviction in four points, alleging that (1) the trial court erred in admitting the results of his breath test because it was not administered voluntarily and erred in refusing to charge the jury on the voluntariness...
