Appellants Harry Kenneth Krabbe and others1 (collectively, Krabbe), as oil and gas lessors, sued appellee Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (Anadarko), lessee, for a declaratory judgment that the lease terminated due to two periods of time during which production ceased.
