Defendant-appellant Clive Bailey was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana and of aiding and abetting others to do the same. 21 U.S.C. § 846 and § 841(a)(1) (1994); 18 U.S.C. § 2 (1994). He was sentenced to 262 months imprisonment.
