This is a sexual harassment case brought under the federal and state civil rights statutes, in which plaintiff has filed the usual plethora of pendent common-law state claims. Defendant has moved to dismiss each of these common-law claims under Rule 12(b)(6), Fed.R.Civ.P., for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
