We review the recommendation of the referee that the license of Attorney David P. Diamon to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for five months for professional misconduct. That misconduct consists of failing to perform legal work for which fees were paid, failing to refund retainers when requested to do so by clients, and failing to cooperate with the Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility...
