Marcus Threadgill was charged with capital murder in the shooting death of Larry Roberson. After a jury trial, he was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to thirty-three years in prison. For reversal, Threadgill makes two arguments: (1) that the trial court erred in permitting the State to impeach the testimony of the witness, Tequila Hall, and (2) that the trial court erred in allowing the eyewitness testimony of Christopher Parker...
