Appellant, Demarco Raynor, was convicted of the murder of Reginald Parks. This conviction resulted from an incident on December 20, 1998. On the evening of December 19, 1998, appellant, Tavaucia Williams, and Mr. Parks were drinking together at a local bar, the Red Barn night club.
