¶ 1 The State of Utah appeals from a final order of dismissal in a prosecution against defendant Scott C. Christensen for three counts of rape, a first degree felony, in violation of section 76-5-402 of the Utah Code, and four counts of forcible sexual abuse, a second degree felony in violation of section 76-5-404(1).
