{1} In August of 1995, Paul Bronstein, chief executive officer (CEO) of Village Inn Pancake House of Albuquerque (Village Inn), and son of the sole shareholder of Village Inn, fired Tommy Hudson (Hudson), then president of Village Inn who had worked for the company almost continuously since 1963.
