Russel Eggert, Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc., and Milwaukee County Inc. (collectively, "Milwaukee Transport") appeal from the trial court judgment awarding Juanita N. Gray $5000, plus taxable costs, as a sanction for what the court perceived as Milwaukee Transport's failure to comply with a scheduling order.
