The plaintiff, Forbes Farm Partnership, appeals from the Superior Court's (Smith, J.) order granting the summary judgment motion of the defendant, Farm Family Mutual Insurance Company, on the ground that the plaintiff's declaratory judgment action is barred by a provision in the parties' insurance contract requiring any action to be brought within one year after the loss. We affirm.
