On September 9, 2000, Defendants Carolyn Gorman and Robert Gorman (the "Gormans") filed a motion to strike Count One of the Plaintiff's amended complaint without an accompanying memorandum of law. This Court granted the motion absent opposition on November 9, 2000. Plaintiff Carole A.
