The instant adversary proceeding arises out of the repossession and subsequent post-petition sale of the debtor, Aleshia D. Patterson's ("Debtor"), automobile by the defendant, Chrysler Financial Co. ("Chrysler"), in alleged violation of the automatic stay and certain Pennsylvania consumer protection laws.
