Opinion by Justice HINOJOSA.

A jury found appellant, Juan Torres, Jr., guilty of the offenses of intoxication manslaughter and failure to stop and render aid; found that he used a deadly weapon in the commission of these offenses; and assessed his punishment at ten years imprisonment for the intoxication manslaughter and one year imprisonment for the failure to stop and render aid. Appellant appeals only his conviction for intoxication manslaughter...
