The issue in this appeal is whether the appellee committed constructive fraud by allegedly engaging in the unauthorized practice of law. The trial court found no fraud. We agree with the trial court and hereby affirm.

The facts of the case are as follows. Appellants had hired appellee William Day to perform accounting services. Appellant Mary Knight, a licensed clinical social worker (L.C.S.W.), had started her own business...
