Mass Marketing, Inc. d/b/a Super S Foods (Super S Foods) appeals the trial court's judgment in Josie Gaines's premise liability suit. After she slipped and fell in the Super S Foods store, Gaines brought a negligence suit against Super S Foods; the jury awarded damages of $65,000.00.
