OPINION

GRANT, Justice.

Elroy McGee appeals from his conviction for murdering his wife. Trial was to a jury. He pleaded true to one enhancement allegation, and the jury assessed his punishment at seventy-five years' imprisonment.

McGee contends that his conviction should be reversed because of improper restrictions placed by the court upon his voir dire questions, by improperly admitting hearsay, and by limiting mitigation evidence at the punishment...
