The matter now before the Court involves an involuntary Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case commenced under 11 U.S.C. § 303. The Debtor is Utilimax.Com, Inc., a Delaware Corporation. Utilimax has suspended its normal business operations, however prior to the cessation of operations the Company was a licensed third party supplier of electricity to commercial and industrial customers...
