OPINION

GARRETT, Judge:

¶ 1 Appellant, Bruce McKeever, was involved in an automobile accident. A Highway Patrol Trooper was dispatched to the scene. When the Trooper arrived he found one car [the Cunningham vehicle] engulfed in flames. The other car was McKeever's, and he was pinned in it on the driver's side...
