The sole issue in this appeal is whether the Appellate Court, in reversing the judgment of the trial court, properly concluded that an investigative stop of the defendant's motor vehicle by the police was not justified by reasonable suspicion. We conclude that the trial court properly denied the defendant's motion to suppress evidence obtained by the police during that stop. Accordingly, we reverse the judgment of the Appellate...
