By statute, two years must be added to a sentence for vehicular homicide for each of a defendant's prior convictions for driving under the influence. When the prior convictions have "washed out" of the defendant's offender score due to the passage of time, and thus cannot affect the determination of the standard range, they are still available to add time to the sentence once the standard range has been determined. Such enhancement is not precluded...
