Appellee Bailey-Buchanan Masonry, Inc. ("Bailey") sued appellant Calabrian Chemicals Corporation ("Calabrian") to recover damages under a building contract and to foreclose on a mechanic's lien. The jury found that Calabrian did not comply with its agreement with Bailey, but nonetheless returned a verdict of zero damages.
