ROSS, Justice.

Deborah Walters appeals from the trial court's judgment granting her divorce from Richard Walters. A jury trial was held on the issue of managing conservatorship of Christopher Walters, the couple's five-year-old son. The jury recommended that Richard be awarded sole managing conservatorship.
