This is an action for divorce. The parties were married on May 22, 1983. There are two children of the marriage: Rachel, born July 18, 1984, and Liza, born May 27, 1987. The wife's complaint served in June 2000 seeks a divorce on the grounds of adultery and cruel and inhuman treatment. The complaint also asserts third, fourth and fifth causes of action sounding in negligence, fraud, battery and misrepresentation...
