Motion by defendant Bunn-O-Matic Corporation (Bunn) and the cross motions by defendants, Heavenly Bagels, Inc. (Heavenly) and Eastern Coffee Products, Inc. (Eastern), for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims against each of them are granted.
